At Office Insource we will act as your office dealing with everything from telephone calls to accounts. We’ll even answer all your mail!
Our support packages have been developed with your needs in mind. A combination of services are available at one fixed affordable price depending on the service you require. This allows you to anticipate your costs upfront. Of course, we realise that business needs fluctuate and there will be times when you will need more support than others so you can purchase ‘top-up’s to cover extra support.
Our support packages range from the blue basic package, for those who run a small business and need a constant but small amount of support, up to our gold package, for those larger businesses. And for those who need us to only answer their calls our call only package is ideal.

How does it work?
You decide on how much support you actually need. For example if you’re a larger business and need quite a bit of support then you would choose our gold package with 800 jobs for the month. That’s less than 52p per job!
We’ll work with you to plan your needs and workload efficiently and effectively. For instance, you may decide that you only want us to take care of your invoicing and credit control. We can arrange a plan so that we input all your sales into a ledger, print out the invoices and deal with all payments including chasing those cheques!
Mail Answering
You can forward all your mail onto us and we will answer it allowing you to get on with the more important jobs.
What if I have a heavy workload and go over my job allocation?
Don’t worry, we’ll let you know when you’re close to your limit and you can ‘top up’ buying extra jobs. If you find that this is beginning to happen most months then you can upgrade to a higher package. We realise that your needs fluctuate and we try to be as flexible as we can.
How do I pay?
Our support packages are priced at a far lower rate than our Pay As You Go service and are therefore payable a month in advance by standing order. Once the standing order is in place then you can enjoy full support.
